Residence at Prince of Wales Apartments may be taken up after consideration of either our Residential Plan or Lifestyle Plan, each covered through our CareMalta Security Trust. All our  Plans offer you the possibility to experience at first hand an independent, secure and comfortable lifestyle at our Prince of Wales Apartments.

Our Residential Plan is a very simple and flexible Plan. You can stay for as long as you wish, a week, a month, a few years....you decide. You will enjoy living an independent life in a fully furnished apartment, during which time you will experience the unique lifestyle we promote.

If you wish to stay for a longer period and benefit from a discounted fee, we can offer a discounted one year, three year or 5 year prepaid fee. The only additional costs you will have to care for are for your food, telephone, cleaning, water & electricity, Cable TV and high speed internet service within the Apartment.
