2. What are the Prince of Wales Apartments?
Prince of Wales Apartments is a new concept in independent living for active adults promoting a unique lifestyle. Prince of Wales Apartments are ideal for those who want to live independently in the most comfortable surroundings whilst being assured that they have constant help at hand. With a complement of 58 Apartments spread over 6 floors, Prince of Wales Apartments also boasts a welcoming lounge equipped with TV and internet facilities, a Sun Terrace, a lovely Garden Courtyard, a two level underground Car Park, plus the LIVELIFE WELLNESS CENTRE offering both physiotherapy and exercise sessions. Prince of Wales Apartments offer a selection of one or two bedroomed apartments, all elegantly designed and finished to the highest standards, within walking distance to the Sliema front. The overall design and ambience is specifically aimed at encouraging a healthy and active lifestyle for the Residents.

5. What are the financial obligations?
Residents can choose to either pay for their stay on a month by month basis or else choose to pay a one time only lump sum payment. There is NO upkeep or maintenance fees for communal areas as these are included within the fees charged. However Residents are required to pay for their own food, water & electricity, telephone bills and any other personalised services they require.
