With a complement of 58 Apartments spread over 6 floors, Prince of Wales Apartments also boasts a welcoming lounge equipped with TV and internet facilities, a Sun Terrace, a lovely Garden Courtyard, a two level underground Car Park, plus the LIVELIFE WELLNESS CENTRE offering both physiotherapy and exercise sessions. Prince of Wales Apartments offer a selection of one or two bedroomed apartments, all elegantly designed and finished to the highest standards, within walking distance to the Sliema front. Residents can choose to either pay for their stay on a month by month basis or else choose to pay a one time only lump sum payment. There is NO upkeep or maintenance fees for communal areas as these are included within the fees charged. However Residents are required to pay for their own food, water & electricity, telephone bills and any other personalised services they require.
